Lexicon Systems, LLC conducts ongoing research on information systems (IS) and information technologies (IT) that allow collaboration, information management, knowledge sharing, risk management, compliance management and performance management. These systems and technologies make organizations more agile and responsive to changing markets and changing requirements. Our latest research topics include
- Enterprise performance management
- Enterprise risk management
- Agile (computer software) systems.
Our founder, Jill Barson Gilbert, is a thought leader on EHS management information systems (EMIS). She is widely published and has written over 80 papers and book chapters. Ms. Gilbert contributed content to and wrote the preface for Information Technology Solutions for EH&S Professionals, the first textbook on EHS management information systems. Her work on agile systems is the first known application of IT methodology to EHS software.
