Jill Barson Gilbert is a thought leader on the environment, health & safety (EHS) and sustainability software market. As President, CEO and Founder of Lexicon Systems, LLC, she advises senior management in industrial and software companies, venture capital and consulting firms. Gilbert’s perspective reflects more than thirty years of EHS, information management and business experience. Before founding Lexicon Systems, Gilbert developed strategic business and marketing plans and led large, enterprise-wide software implementations as Director at T3. Earlier, she was Director of Product Management for Oracle Corporation's EHS software. Gilbert started her career in the chemical and refining industry at Diamond Shamrock Corporation and then was an EHS management consultant at Pilko & Associates.
Leadership positions include a current Board Member position at the IPEP Foundation and past Vice President and Director positions in the Air & Waste Management Association. Jill Barson Gilbert is a biographee in Marquis Who's Who in America, Marquis Who’s Who in the World and Marquis Who’s Who of American Women. She earned an M.S. in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco, an A.B. from Miami University and a Rice Program for Managers certificate from Rice University.
